2010 Parents Days are scheduled
for 1:00 to 3:30 PM, Wednesday July 21, 2010 and Thursday July 22, 2010. If the forecast is for rain we will observe
the following policy regarding conducting the 2010 Parents Days:
We recognize the importance of
providing parents time to see their children at camp during activities and to interact with counselors. We will make every
effort to provide these opportunities as scheduled without jeopardizing safety for all concerned. A
final determination will be made by 10:30 AM the day of the event. Please check the camp’s web site (www.campanglewood.com)
after 10:30 AM for confirmation if the events will be held as scheduled, postponed, or cancelled.
Checking the web site is preferred over phone calls due to the possibility of call volumes impacting important calls concerning
camper pick-ups, drop-offs, or health issues. Please use the following two numbers if your only option is to call: 267-939-4455
or 267-939-4456. Please do not call the 215 number as that is our off site office.
Should cancellations
be necessary, we plan to use the rain dates of July 28 and 29. Unfortunately, there will be no rescheduling of rain dates
beyond July 29 due to schedule restrictions.
